Good Evening!
Today I'm going to tell you a bit about myself. :)
My name is Evelina Vysniauskaite, but I prefer people calling me just Eve (well, that's easier haha) I'm 18 years old, turning 19 in this October (2014).
When now I think about that I feel odd... As long as I was 17 I thought being 18 is an awesome thing! I really wanted to go everywhere, to be able to go to clubs, be independent and etc, but now.. Well, there is nothing very FANTASTIC... Of course it's good for me, but..
Let's get back. So yeah, 03/07/2013 I moved to England (from Lithuania) without my parents. Sister with her husband were living here about two years already so I knew they will help me with everything.
I moved here, I started going to college, now I'm doing my GCSE's in English, Maths, Psychology, Sociology and Media. Psychology and Media really AMAZING subjects! Probably I find them amazing, because I'm interested into starting my own business, obviously I will need to know the society (this relates with sociology as well, but psychology will help me more, I need to know the way people think!) and of course I will need to advertise my company! Now let's talk about what company I'm talking about! Fashion retail. Everything that relates with fashion is really exciting for me! Probably because from the time when I was about 9 years old, my family had a business in fashion and I used to see everything, when I got older I used to help them to work with customers. The main thing (not nice thing to say, but) I really want to be able to sell the thing to a person that he really doesn't need! That sounds creepy, but it's the way business works... Okey, get back to the subject.
So the next year I'm doing my A-levels in Psychology, Business Studies and Media studies (hopefully if I'll pass GCSE's! Fingers crossed...)
After my A-levels I will definitely try to do my best and to go to UNI. While being in UNI I will think about ideas of a business (I already have quite a few) but to start with I need to be very fashionable (not necessarily fashionable myself, but fashion has to take a huge part in my life (it already does)). In this blog I will try to spread my ideas about fashion, maybe pics from my photo shots or anything. I did not mention yet, but I'm also interested into making pictures (photographing) my parents bought me Nikon D3100 camera for my 18 birthday, because everyone knew I'm really interested in it (hopefully not very weak, haha). When the weather will get better I planned some photo shots for my friend who was a model, I plan to work with her on it. We will help each other so much, she wants to go back to her carer and I need someone to be a model. Perfect match!
Every time I go shopping I can't buy just a t-shirt or something. If I can't afford to buy the whole outfit now, I better won't do that at all, because buying clothes, accessories, bags, shoes and everything you have to think a lot about what you already have, because if you will buy one thing (let's say orange knit wear) but you don't buy anything that would go with it or you don't have anything ( for example anything brown, that would go with an orange knit wear), so what's the point of throwing your money away and putting the thing in wardrobe?
I used to think that shopping is just an easy way to get relaxed. Well, maybe for someone it is relaxing thing, but in reality it is a very hard work! It wouldn't be that hard if you would be able to spend thousands on earrings at least, but the main 'art' in here is to spend less money but to look as fashionable as just from fashion show. I spend weeks buying a simple outfit for myself, because it has to match perfectly together (including earrings and such things)
I also sometimes do such things as when a girl calls me and she asks me to go shopping with her, but to do the hard job - find everything, match them together. In other words - I have to make her fashionable. Now I have one 'appointment' (I don't wanna sound that serious, I'm just a girl, ha) for possibly next two weeks, I will have to do that thing, but including make-up... Hard work, but I love it!!!
Sometimes I also sketch models (clothes usually).
Almost everything in my life relates with my passion - fashion retail. This sounds really girlish, but I'm different from others. The main thing - I never buy what others have or at least I try not to. I mean for example this 2013-2014 Autumn-Winter was very stylish to wear a coat that reminds about boyfriend's coat, just a bit longer than a bum (sorry for slang, haha :)) ) usually khaki color with a small belt (just like a shoelace) just a bit higher than your waist, also with a hood that has not real fur on it. Every girl wore than and still wear. It looks disgusting. No one has style when they buy the same thing as other because they wanna be stylish, BUT wait! If you think you're gonna be stylish just copying others... Well it's okey if you copy celebrity or someone else, but when you can't really find a girl with different coat... Really looks immature and ridiculous, no offence! Be different, have your own style, your own ideas and show it!!!
So a little about my past. From the age of 7 I started singing and I sang for 10 years in general. Also I play the piano (but I learnt it by myself) and I play the guitar for about 4 years but with stops.:))
I'm not amazing, but I can do what I really want! So I'm really interested in music as well. Back to Lithuania I also was an artist, my painted pieces was going round the world. I also was an actress for 4 years.
I really like everything what relates with fashion, music and art, that's my passion!!
